My first visit on this new dental clinic. I am a new patient. Very nice location, Clinic is very clean and spacious. Front desk receptionist are okay but need more of welcoming spirit. Telephone customer service is great. The girl who did my tooth X-ray was gentle, and explained to me needs to be done. The guy who did my cleaning needs a little more training. Maybe he's a new employee, seems very uneasy. My doctor was very good and gentle and made me less anxious when she was explaining to me about the condition of my tooth. I know I already have dental issues when I called for appointment.The only issue I could have, I noticed that they didn't have a portable automatic spout next to you where to spit after rinsing my mouth. I still has awful taste even after suctioning, just like in any other dental clinics. Overall, I will only give a 4.
